We very much believe that service is king, and taking care of people is what we are all about.  After leaving our office, you will know that we love what we do!  We see our clients as much more than income or profit margins, we get to know them.  Understanding where a person is coming from and how they think is the only way to properly provide the service that they need.  Just ask our clients why they do business with us -  I'm sure they'll tell you that we take care of them.

Our Business

In 1998, Glenn had this crazy idea to leave his job and answer a newspaper add for a "managerial position with a company poised for growth".  Well, that company wasn't exactly what he expected, he found himself driving all over Ohio selling and servicing only Life and Health Insurance and the company he worked for was......, well we try not to talk about that.  After about 3 months of being told how to treat clients and clients asking Glenn if he sold auto and homeowners insurance also, he decided  he should (this would allow him to care for an entire families insurance needs). 

Glenn went on to spend eight years with American Family Insurance as a captive agent and Andi joined him in 2000.  Many awards were earned, including J.D. Powers Customer Service Award and The Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year award.  Glenn and Andi eventually figured out that they could do so much more for their clients by starting an independent insurance agency. 

 After a couple of changes, Otto & Associates was born.  Finally, an independent insurance agency where Glenn and Andi could decide on the companies that they wanted to represent, how they would care for their clients and their families, and a greater selection of companies, allowed them to handle just about anyone who contacted them.  Welcome to our home. 

Who We Are

Glenn grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio and served with the United States Army directly after graduating from high school.  Glenn has attended several colleges pursuing engineering and visual communication degrees.  He has worked in fields ranging from residential construction, automotive repair, and roofing to restaurant service, managerial, and bartending. 

Andi spent most of her youth in Tucson, Arizona.  Shortly after graduation, she also served her country in the United States Air Force.  Andi has taken college courses related to Material Management and has held positions in office management, alarm dispatch, data entry, and material handling.

Glenn and Andi married in 1995 and moved to Huber Heights to start a family.  They have 3 sons; Corey, Kris, and Alex.

Since moving to Huber Heights, they have been active in many organizations including; Wayne Pee Wee Football, Huber Heights Little League, Wayne Soccer Club, Wayne Wresting Club, Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce, Huber Heights F&AM Lodge 777, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, Valley Forge PTO, Huber Heights Community Event Foundation and possibly more, they don't really remember.
